Welcome to the Station Villa Executive Condo located in the heart of Victoria's fastest growing neighourhood community of Langford. The Station Villa Executive Condo is your home away from home where comfort and style is yours to enjoy. This executive condo is built over two levels of spacious living emphasizing natural light and modern appointments throughout. When you walk through the main entrance you are greeted with a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances for the chef in the family. A dining area next to the kitchen has a large table to entertain the appetites of your party along with easy access to the patio where you can relax with a cold drink and barbeque a meal during a warm summer eve. The Living room has very comfortable furnishings for socializing, reading a book, or playing a board game. There is a wide screen television which is hooked up to the internet for surfing the net in style or walk a couple blocks to the local rental store and rent a DVD and watch a great movie. Don't worry, there is no need to run upstairs to the washroom as the main level has a powder room next to the dining room. Walk upstairs and experience the large master bedroom with king bed, reading room, and ensuite with full sized sauna. There is an additional bedroom with a queen sized bed to provide great comfort for additional guests in your party. A secondary full sized bathroom is also available for extra members staying with you to use. The Station Villa Executive Condo is centrally and conveniently located near all the major amenities Victoria has to offer. We like to say you are 15 minutes to anywhere. Enjoy shopping at your doorstep as Langford boasts some of the best shopping on Vancouver Island with new shopping plazas and malls within minutes walk from the condo. Did we mention golf? Golf Vancouver Islands premier course on Bear Mountain as well as Olympic View, and the Royal Colwood Golf Club are 5 minutes away. Explore Fort Rodd Hill, Canada's original British fort protecting the Colonial communities in the Pacific Northwest. Victoria's finest beaches are located in the Western Communities such as the white sands of Weirs Beach, the Esquimalt Lagoon, and Whiffen Spit. Explore Hatley Castle historic site and grounds of the Royal Roads University. The region's largest parks are located near the Station Villas Executive Condo such as Goldstream Provincial Park where you can see salmon spawn in the fall or climb the mighty Mt. Finlayson or walk the West Coast Trail along the Juan de Fuca Strait in East Sooke Regional Park. Swim in the locally famous Sooke Potholes Provincial Park or hike up Mount Work or Lone Tree Hill and see the city and nature from the top of the world. Downtown Victoria is less than 15 minutes away where you can experience the famous Inner Harbour causeway with its buskers hard at work entertaining the masses. You can shop, dine, take a tour by horse carriage, or view the city by one of the many harbour ferries. Head north up the Trans Canada Highway from the condo and drive the Malahat to see the majestic views from the highway has to offer and then you will arrive in the Cowichan Valley within 30 minutes. The Cowichan Valley is the Napa Valley of Vancouver Island with dozens of wineries to explore, some boasting the finest wine in Canada. You can explore the seaside villages like Cowichan Bay to go Whale Watching or Chemainus to view their world famous mural walk. PAYMENTS REQUIRED |
The first payment is a deposit of 50% of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are a pre-authorized hold on your credit card and are collected only if deemed necessary. |
