In the tranquil master bedroom, you will find a plush Queen size bed, ample closet space and private access to the bathroom. The efficient, open-plan kitchen is outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances and chic black granite countertops that are sure to impress even the most exacting home chefs. The addition of a breakfast bar gives you a place to perch for a quick coffee or to have someone keep you company while you cook. The intimate dining area, set next to the large, north facing windows, looks out onto the urban views and offers an opportunity to have a more elevated home meal with an alfresco quality. The large windows continue into the living room where they meet at the northwest corner to provide stunning sunset and ocean views. An easy 20 minute walk will take you to the world famous Inner Harbour, Empress Hotel and Parliament buildings finding great food and shopping along the way. At the Corazon, you have two of the best local coffee shops just around the corner. One block away, you'll find the local favourite, 2% Jazz on Fisgard and just a little further on Blanshard is the funky Shatterbox Coffee. Tea lovers will be impressed with the custom blended, organic teas at Loyal Tea on Blanshard. If you're not in the mood to cook, you have your pick of some of the best world cuisines all within a 5 minute walk. You will not find a better place for sushi than Nubo in Victoria, Johns Place takes the cake for Canadian comfort food and Island Poke serves up the uber trendy dish to perfection.
