The Reef Executive Condo is a two bedroom executive styled condo offering views of the Inner Harbour, Fisherman's Wharf and public park directly across the street.
The Reef building is inspired by the cruise ships at Ogden Point which dock only a few blocks away.
This townhouse entry condo features 1100 square feet of living space on two floors. This condo is well appointed, including a queen bed in the lower level bedroom and a second queen bed in the upper loft style bedroom.
The furnishings are modern and comfortable. Dining seating for 4 guests. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, along with many smaller appliances to make your stay enjoyable.
The lower and upper outside decks are great for seasonal entertaining or your morning coffee. On a cool day, enjoy the comforts of the gas fireplaces, located on the main floor as well as on the second level.
A television on each floor is included for your convenience.
Secure underground parking for one vehicle is included. Enjoy free WiFi during your stay.
You are within a 20 minute walk to the downtown Inner Harbour Area, and a quick stroll to James Bay village centre. Hop on-board the Victoria Harbour Ferry or public transit for easy access to the downtown centre as well.
In this area, you will find several coffee shops, cafes and good eateries.

One month minimum rental only. All rentals must be from the first of the month ending on the last day of each month.

PAYMENTS REQUIRED |
The first payment is a deposit of 50% of the accommodation total plus applicable taxes due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to occupancy. Damage deposits are a pre-authorized hold on your credit card and are collected only if deemed necessary. |
