The 4 level layout offers the following The entrance level of the home has the media room which features a wet bar and wine fridge. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace are accessed from this level. There is also a bedroom with a walk in closet, ensuite bathroom and walk out patio.

The second floor features a modern gourmet kitchen with a Wolf gas range, high end fridge, dishwasher, and built in espresso machine. The oversized island is perfect for gathering and preparing food. The kitchen also boasts a beautiful walk in pantry. Family and friends can relax in the open concept living area in front of the gas assisted fire place. Off the living area is a deck with a built in BBQ. This level also has a convenient powder room.

The third floor houses 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and share a double sided fireplace with the luxury ensuite bathroom. Fitzsimmons Walk is located a short 15 minute walk to the Village and is only a 3 minute drive to the lifts.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and a Bank Wire Transfer are all accepted methods of payment. All payments are in Canadian dollars. All reservations must be secured by a credit card.
